Founder NOBA Wellness + Botanicals
Felicia Rocha Oskar
I was born in the heart of Sedona with deep ancestral roots in northern Arizona and northern New Mexico. I moved to the PNW in 2019 and frequently return home to spend time with family and connect with nature.

My background in healing arts began in 1993 when I was introduced to yoga and meditation while working in a chiropractic & psychotherapist's office. As a teenager, this experience is where I learned about the interconnectedness of body and mind in the healing process. Which led me to yoga and meditation teacher trainings. Other holistic & artistic modalities I have studied and nurtured include, dance/choreography, photography, screen printing, postpartum doula work, intuitive development coaching, energy work, herbalism, cacao ceremony, and natural skincare crafting. With trainings from Yogaville, Ashram of Sri Swami Satchidananda, 7 Centers Yoga Arts with Sraddhasagar and Rama Jyoti Vernon, Penny Simkin Center for Allied Birth Vocations, among others. I honor artistic expression in all forms as learning and healing are never linear. And tending to the heart, body, and spirit leads to a higher quality of life.

As a woman, a mother of almost all adult children, and a daughter of aging parents, I have always found sanctuary and solace in the concentrated healing qualities of Sedona and its surrounding land and community. I am honored to share this transformative magic with you.
This path has has led me to create NOBA Botanicals (NOBA means Nothing Bad) which launched in late 2023.

With over 30 years of deep study and practice in art and wellness, I have consciously curated this retreat that is designed just for you!
